Qualified Candidates Offer…
- We prefer candidates with a background in financial services, turning consumers into clients. Knowledge of retirement planning, life insurance protection and risk management, estate planning, education funding, liability management, and real estate would be an excellent basis.
- Candidates with FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, or 65 registrations and Life, Accident, Health & Insurance License preferred. Unlicensed applicants will work with mentors to study for and successfully obtain required FINRA and California state life insurance licenses within 90 days of hire. ICM will pay the cost of professional licenses within 6 months.
- In terms of personality fit, we seek those with excellent communication and relationship skills, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build your business.
- All candidates must be able to pass a government background check.
